  • Before Work Starts: If you cancel your project before any work has commenced, a full refund (minus any transaction fees) will be issued.
  • During the Project: Once work has begun, any upfront deposits are generally non-refundable. If you choose to terminate the project midway, you may be billed for the work completed up to that point.
  • After Completion: Refunds are not provided once the service has been fully delivered and approved by the client.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Certain costs incurred during the project are strictly non-refundable once purchased. These include:

  • Domain name registrations and renewals.
  • Hosting setup and ongoing fees.
  • Third-party software, plugins, or theme licenses purchased on your behalf.

We prioritize client satisfaction. If you are unhappy with the service provided, please communicate your concerns immediately so we can work together to resolve the issue before considering cancellation or a refund.
